About Me

I am Sho Kinoshita, I am Japanese and I am 28 years old. As a pastry chef, I have been involved in many things in the field of cooking in my career. Even if the pastry is the heart of my job and my specialty, I manage teams daily as well as some events like banquets which could gather about 1000 people. Some say that I never stop working, I would rather say that the pastry never stops following me! Today, I'm currently Pastry Chef at CHU Bakery in Taiwan !

I have three rules in my life.

Always push myself and do my best!

Pastry and cooking is all about sharing! Cooking should be beautiful and good. So I do my best for it, I learn every day and I always question myself!

Because I always want to learn more, you have to be able to work with the best teams, I don’t limit myself to Japan. Currently, I’m working in Taiwan ! 🇹🇼

Create for others, create to make them happy.

While I am happy to do my job every day, what makes me happiest is knowing that my customers will be able to enjoy a unique moment while tasting what I can create in my kitchen!

I am a pastry chef, but not only!

My skills.

Fluent in Japanese and English

I can speak English and Japanese with a professional vocabulary. I'm also able to read recipes in French.

Food inventory management

I'm able to manage the food inventory needed for a restaurant on a weekly basis and manage orders with our suppliers.

Creation of seasonal menus

Every season, I work on creating new menus! I use seasonal products and try to develop new dishes that my customers will enjoy.

I cook everything!

Even though pastry is my specialty (and because I was lucky enough to be trained by the Pierre Hermé teams), I can cook anything.Currently I'm a chef and I have to do everything... and I love it!

Creation of custom orders

An upcoming event? I can create the entire menu and cakes or pastries according to your budget and other criteria (compatible with a diet and/or allergies).

Team Management

Management of teams, schedules, tasks and communication within the team. I also work on the training of my colleagues to progress together: the team above all!
