About Me
I am Sho Kinoshita, I am Japanese and I am 28 years old. As a pastry chef, I have been involved in many things in the field of cooking in my career. Even if the pastry is the heart of my job and my specialty, I manage teams daily as well as some events like banquets which could gather about 1000 people. Some say that I never stop working, I would rather say that the pastry never stops following me! Today, I'm currently Pastry Chef at CHU Bakery in Taiwan !

While I am happy to do my job every day, what makes me happiest is knowing that my customers will be able to enjoy a unique moment while tasting what I can create in my kitchen!
