About me
Since I was little, I always knew I was going to work as a pastry chef, it was obvious! So this was my goal from a very young age when I started cooking with my family, before specializing through my studies and professional experiences.
Today, I am very happy to be able to work with an amazing team in Taipei, Taiwan. After working at Yellow Lemon – in Taipei, I decided to join CHU Bakery ๐ฅฎ and I’m now in charge of creating tailor-made pastries for them and all their partners, season after season!
My greatest daily reward is to see the smile of the customers who come to enjoy our pastries.
